How Our 60-Day Guarantee WorksUpdated a month ago
We built MYOCODE to work. However, if it doesn't work for you, we don't want your money.
Here's what the guarantee covers:
- You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Both opened and completely used packages qualify — we don't require a full or unused product to process your return. All returns must be sent back to receive a refund, including opened or used product.
- One return per customer per product
The one requirement: You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back. This helps us process your refund quickly and accurately. See "How to Request a Return Authorization" for the simple steps.
What we refund: The full purchase price of the returned product(s). Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
