How to Send Your ReturnUpdated a month ago

Once you have your Return Authorization (RA) number:

1. Pack your product(s) securely in a box or padded mailer
2. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package
3. Ship your return to:

Important notes:

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking
• Please do not ship your return without an RA number — returns received without one cannot be immediately processed.
• If we receive a return without an RA number, we will reach out to you to collect the necessary information before we can process your refund. This may delay your refund timeline.
